Little Bear Builds LLC is NOT an Architect.

I am here to help draft plans for those in need of putting plans on paper. I have worked for a great Architecture firm/group as well as a Custom Design Build home builder. If an Architect and or Contractor is something you need I can and will refer you in the right direction.

Typically, I draft plans for:

•  Architects that need a little work overload help (love getting experience from these Masters)

• Contractors that need an "in house" drafter

• Homeowners that are Building or Contracting their own projects

• Investors to help put numbers to projects

Be Aware of your Local Building Regulations & Requirements. Little Bear Builds drafts Residential Construction plans to be submitted to Building Departments for review (Specializing in El Paso County CO), Little Bear Builds Does Not take ownership or responsibility for design or construction methods drafted. Though Little Bear Builds has ongoing experience in Architectual Drafting, the Client must have the knowledge in building to take full ownership & responsibility of any documents obtained from Little Bear Builds. Little Bear Builds can provide an Engineer for Structural & Mechanical design with required certifications for Local Building regulations. Most regions accept Residential Construction Documents (Architectual set) without an Architects Stamp from a Builder Contractor or Homeowner Builder if it is conventional construction methods and follows industry practices. So Little Bear Builds is here to draft a legible plan for those who can get it built but cannot draft it. Also note that any drafting I provide you is yours and may be taken to professionals in your region for finalization.

I "Little Bear Builds" am on this/our Earth, wishing the best to all. I try to spend most of my time (currently) becoming one with my home, for a "more" sustainable way of life. Most of the time this way of living prevents me from rushing to answer the phone (Love messages), but I will get back to you at a decent hour as soon as possible. If not, I am slammed and just need a little time😅. Once acquainted, I don't mind at all answering the phone or meeting. With that said I can on occasion make a quick deadline if needed. I work to live, but I do love this work.
