I never actually meet most of my clients. Typically, everything can be handled through phone calls emails or texts. Screen share is another option to coordinate.

Even if you need an (As-Built) Existing home drafted for dimensions & floor plan layout, you can provide me with information required. A simple "napkin" doodle of the floor plan is a good starter. I use your provided layout to draft a floor plan with dimensions that you will verify accuracy. The dimensions are updated, and we should have an accurate professionally drafted plan for use. It may look like gibberish and it may be, but we will get it right.

YOUR PLANS

At the end of the project, you will have a set of plans that you (either being the contractor or owner builder, etc.) will be taking ownership of. With that said, I do want everything I provide to be buildable and accurate, I will point something out if it looks off or isn't numbering.
